About the Role:

The Construction Department Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring our Construction Department runs smoothly and efficiently. This role supports project managers, and customers through strong administrative skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to process improvement.


The Construction Department Administrator handles documentation, scheduling, reporting, customer service, and job finalization while ensuring everything is accurate and on time. You'll also act as a key player in coordinating workflow, managing information, and maintaining compliance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support (50%): maintain accurate records, produce reports, and help streamline construction operations.
  • Scheduling & Coordination (20%): Support project managers scheduling, track job progress, and document weekly service meetings.
  • Job Finalization & Purchasing (20%): Finalize work orders, monitor expenses, and manage long-lead-time purchases.
  • Other Duties (10%): Help the team stay aligned and efficient and jump in where needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
