Construction Department Occupational Health Coordinator - Construction ProSidian seeks a Construction Department Occupational Health Coordinator - Construction (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.
This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 12313) to fulfill T&M - Time and Materials requirements.
Construction Department Occupational Health Coordinator is responsible for providing medical case management services for Savannah River Remediation Construction craft workforce.
Construction Department Occupational Health Coordinator - Construction candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services.
Provide overall medical case management services for Savannah River Remediation construction craft workforce.
Coordination and administration of construction craft employee medical surveillance programs
Administration of department injury/illness prevention and treatment programs
Coordination of non-occupational disability programs with payroll benefits, and labor relations
Coordination and scheduling of Workers Compensation referrals and appointments with off-site medical providers
Coordinate and provide support services to SRS Site Medical Director as needed

Qualifications The Construction Department Occupational Health Coordinator - Construction shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Intermediate computer skills including: e-mail, general data input and collection, medical software data input, and medical record keeping. Registered Nurse (RN), State of South Carolina Occupational Health Management experience helpful Position will only be required on an intermittent/on-call basis for one week or monthly intervals during the contract period.
Contract period should be until end of the SRR Contract. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.

Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.
TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, as allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina.
