What We Are Looking For

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Someone with a minimum of 7 years of field construction experience or 3 years as a Planning Project Lead
• Someone that demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and development
• Someone with effective organizational skills and efficient multitasking
• Someone with experience in Bluebeam, Primavera, and Navisworks
• Someone with solid understanding of financials, proficient in developing and managing budgets
• Someone with proven proficiency in interpreting contract documents, comprehending project schedules, and understanding 3D coordination
• Someone that understands the constructability of electrical systems, emphasizing efficient resolution of construction-related matters
• Someone skilled in analyzing project risks, efficiently resolving associated issues and conflicts
• Someone who is willing to visit jobsites on an as needed basis, visit technical schools, colleges, and universities, occasionally attend off site meetings and training events
