Learn more about us here: Position Summary: We're looking for a creative and driven Design / Sales Associate to support our design team and manage client relationships. Ideal for someone with a passion for interior design, remodeling, and sales. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for new leads; conduct initial consultations. Develop design concepts, space plans, and 3D renderings. Source materials and selections within budget; coordinate with PMs and estimators. Prepare scopes of work, proposals, and contracts. Attend job sites and manage design deliverables through project completion. What We're Looking For: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of design or remodeling experience. Strong communication, organization, and design software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with teams and clients.
