Position Summary:
We're looking for a creative and driven Design / Sales Associate to support our design team and manage client relationships. Ideal for someone with a passion for interior design, remodeling, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads; conduct initial consultations.
• Develop design concepts, space plans, and 3D renderings.
• Source materials and selections within budget; coordinate with PMs and estimators.
• Prepare scopes of work, proposals, and contracts.
• Attend job sites and manage design deliverables through project completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of design or remodeling experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and design software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with teams and clients.
• Positive, professional, and detail-oriented.
