In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our fleet and equipment, utilizing your mechanical skills to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on-site or in our facilities.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:- Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various equipment, from light-duty to heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance per OEM guidelines using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.- Emergency Assistance: Provide roadside repair support when necessary, coordinating towing as needed.- Tool and Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment to ensure reliability.- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and perform DOT inspections.- Fabrication Tasks: Weld, fabricate, and cut parts as required using arc-welding and flame cutting equipment.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of proven experience in mechanic, especially with diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic systems.- Ability to diagnose and repair diverse mechanical issues.- Welding and fabrication skills are preferred but not required.- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not mandatory.- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.- High school diploma or GED.

Work Schedule:- Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends and travel may be required.- 10+ hour workdays and 40+ hour workweeks.
