As a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead, you will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Environmental Compliance team supporting the construction of Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Environmental Compliance Lead
Location: Remote (West Coast/PST hours preferred)
Pay Range: $66 - $70/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Manage environmental permit implementation and compliance during construction until turnover to operations. Coordinate with internal and external business partners to achieve compliance goals. Develop and submit required reports and inspections to authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ). Oversee field inspections and manage consultants supporting site inspections. Identify and mitigate environmental compliance issues during construction phases.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent. 5+ years of environmental permitting or compliance experience in America. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including Clean Water Act sections 402, 401, and 404. Experience managing environmental impact assessments and acquiring necessary permits. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
