DeLeers Construction is expanding our Estimation Team! We are looking for an Estimation Coordinator that will coordinate the preparation of cost estimates and proposals for a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. This will include assisting our Estimators and gathering information from our trade partners and internal departments to prepare proposals and bid forms and ensure deadlines are met. Main responsibilities will include: creating projects in Pantera, Planswift, and SAGE Estimating, creating and organizing estimation folders, maintaining bid software, ordering project drawings, creating and maintaining estimation schedules, maintaining the vendor database, and assisting in the vetting process. Ideal candidate will have construction experience or exposure, understand construction terminology, and have excellent communication, organizational, and computer/technical skills.
