Estimator – Commercial & Residential Construction Hollywood, FL $115,000 + Bonus A growing, dynamic General Contractor is looking for a career driven Construction Estimator to take full ownership of the preconstruction process across a diverse mix of smaller-scale commercial and residential projects ranging from $1M to $8M in value.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who’s young and keen, but ready to step up and lead estimating efforts across both ground-up builds and interior renovations. Project types include restaurants, retail spaces, and high-end residential work offering a healthy mix of technical variety and creative challenge. You'll work side-by-side with company leadership to shape budgets, scopes, and pricing strategies that win business and build client confidence.
You’ll be fully hands-on responsible for chasing subs, analyzing historical cost data, and building full project budgets using Bluebeam, digital takeoff tools, and Excel-based templates. (No rigid estimating software here - just smart, streamlined systems built for speed and accuracy.) If you're a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives with autonomy, this role will feel like home.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, with exposure to both commercial and residential scopes. You’re tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment without the need for micromanagement. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with owners, architects, and subs are key.

The role is based in the office five days per week, with standard hours around 8:00 to 4:30, and flexibility for personal or family commitments when needed.
