Construction Estimator - Drywall/Steel Stud Framing

We're a growing drywall company in Hartford, looking for a *Construction Estimator * with at least 5 years of experience. You’ll be responsible for estimating costs, preparing detailed breakdowns, and managing key communication between Foremen, Contractors, and suppliers. Experience with *On-Screen Takeoff* and *Quick Bid* is a must.

*Responsibilities:*
* Review construction documents to create accurate bids.
* Prepare project cost estimates from RFQs, drawings, and pre-bid meetings.
* Keep estimating tools and databases updated.
* Maintain constant communication with contractors and suppliers.
* Attend meetings and job sites as necessary.
*Qualifications:*
* 5+ years in estimating and project management.
* Proficiency in *On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid.*
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Must work from our Hartford office (no remote option).

*Compensation:*
* *Salary:* $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
