This role will focus heavily on CM-at-Risk projects for public school clients—elementary through high school—along with select private sector builds.

Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing • Prepare detailed takeoffs and scope reviews from drawings, specs, and narratives • Analyze subcontractor bids, perform scope alignment, and clarify exclusions/inclusions • Collaborate with internal teams and trade partners to ensure full scope coverage • Dig deep into project details to help shape accurate, competitive proposals • Support project pursuits from concept to GMP, including value engineering and buyout support

What You Bring • 5+ years of estimating experience, preferably on education or public-sector projects • Ability to work independently with limited oversight—this is not a training seat • Strong communication skills to engage with design teams, PMs, and subcontractors • Proficiency in quantity takeoff and cost analysis software (On-Screen Takeoff, Excel, etc.)
