Job Summary We’re seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to bring structure, accuracy, and efficiency to our preconstruction process. You’ll work with trusted trade partners, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate with project managers to set each project up for success.

Responsibilities Review plans and specs to prepare accurate estimates using JobTread Send bid packages, follow up, and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers Write clear scopes of work and maintain organized records Assist PMs with trade partner onboarding, scheduling, and contract preparation Track budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve estimating processes Qualifications 3+ years construction estimating (residential and/or light commercial) Proficient in JobTread, Excel or similar software Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Valid driver’s license for occasional site visits Benefits $80,000 – $110,000/year based on experience PTO days + paid holidays 401(k) match + health insurance Company vehicle eligibility Hours 7am to 4pm
