Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Background in healthcare, hospitality, or complex commercial builds preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field ideal Strong budget, schedule, and subcontractor management experience Excellent communication and leadership abilities Familiarity with project management software and industry-standard tools

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction to closeout Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues Track project progress, costs, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
