CONSTRICTION ESTIMATOR-TOLEDO AREA
A well-established General Contractor based in the Toledo, Ohio area  is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a proven background in Ground-up Commercial and Industrial Construction   to be a key contributor on high-impact builds throughout the Toledo, OH area . The right candidate be a detail-oriented and organized estimator. In this position, you will develop estimates for all types of commercial construction project.

Estimator Responsibilities:
•        Develop estimates and bids for construction projects
•        Experienced with conceptual estimating, takeoffs and Hard BIDS
•        Review and evaluate quotes  and read plans/drawings
•        Complete take-offs to gather information for bids
•        Meet with clients and create own take-offs/scopes of work to fill the clients needs
Estimator Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Estimator, Project Manager, or Engineer in the commercial/industrial construction industry.
Demonstrated experience working for a General Contractor .
Proficiency with SAGE Estimating software.
Skilled in digital take-off tools such as On-Screen Takeoff or PlanSwift .
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and directly with clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
