What You’ll Do: Estimate and prepare proposals for light industrial projects from concept through bid Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness Help maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company’s reputation for reliable delivery

What They’re Looking For: Proven experience estimating light industrial or similar commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and market pricing Proficiency with industry estimating software and tools Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
