Continuous Improvement and Training: Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry seminars to continuously improve estimating skills, Procore knowledge, and industry-specific knowledge. Mentor junior estimators and other team members, providing guidance and fostering growth within the estimating team. Identify areas for process improvement within the estimating and project management workflow, suggesting updates to tools, techniques, or methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy. Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the accuracy of estimates and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
