About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Estimator to take full ownership of our public and private project bidding efforts. You’ll lead estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $250K to $5M, drive pricing strategy, and help shape how we pursue work as we grow. This is a leadership-track role offering autonomy, impact, and long-term potential to fully own the estimating function.

What You'll Do Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities Prepare takeoffs, scopes, pricing, and complete bid submissions Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Analyze risks, maintain profitability targets, and present bid strategies to leadership Manage the bid calendar and ensure timely, competitive submissions Contribute directly to how we evaluate and pursue new opportunities
What You Bring 5+ years of experience in general contracting or construction estimating Strong understanding of Massachusetts public bidding (MGL c.149, c.30, DCAMM) Experience with low-bid lump sum contracts (not just GMP or T&M) Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software Organized, analytical, and able to lead estimates independently Confident communicator with strong business acumen
