JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for estimating projects of various sizes and types within the industrial, office, education, and healthcare industries. Project sizes range from $10,000 up to $20 million. This person will largely support the design/build manager by providing estimates for schematic, design development and permit level drawings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide accurate budgets for projects in the conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documents level of a project design. Provide hard bid, competitive estimating for plan and spec projects. Assist service department with estimates on smaller projects with line-item budgets Provide value engineering analysis Be able to handle multiple estimates at one time. Present estimates and budgets to customers, providing backup documentation as needed Work with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal associates as needed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in a construction related field. 3-5 years of construction estimating experience.
