Job Details
What you’ll do:
* Lead takeoffs and bid development for projects $25M–$250M * Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and executive teams * Interface with vendors and subcontractors to assemble competitive bids * Use cost data, historical benchmarks, and internal systems to forecast and present
What you bring:
* 5+ years of estimating experience with a GC * Strong experience with industrial, infrastructure, or public-sector projects * Proficiency in estimating platforms (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, or Trimble)
