Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare, aviation, multifamily, and other mixed commercial projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance project delivery capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects of at least $50M+
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and aviation projects and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for motivating teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
  • 15+ years in the construction industry.
