Are you a master organizer with a passion for construction and a knack for keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? Were looking for aConstruction Field Coordinatorto join our dynamic team inPhoenix, Arizona, where desert skies meet steel beams and every day brings something new to build.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll be the behind-the-scenes backbone of our clients field operations. Youll partner withproject managers, engineers, superintendents, and project accountantsto make sure every project detail, document, and dollar is accounted for.

What Youll Do:

  • Be the central hub for project coordination, supporting field teams and PMs withcontracts, documentation, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with subcontractors toorganize insurance certs, upload contracts, manage change orders, and keep records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Lead the charge on project-specific logistics: site orientation, site clinic & maps, trailer maintenance, office supply & breakroom inventory, and more.
  • Support cost control managers intracking general conditions budgetsand keeping the financial side of field ops tight and transparent.
  • Own thecloseout process, organizing all the final documents, packaging deliverables, and coordinating wrap-up with the team.
  • Maintain digital and hard copy filing systems forplans, drawings, and compliance documentation including scanning and sending large files.
  • Assist withnew hire field onboarding, CPR/First Aid training tracking, and general document control on site.

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have3+ years of experiencein general office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • MUST have construction background
  • Are detail-obsessed and love keeping multiple tasks and timelines in sync.
  • Think three steps ahead, adapt quickly, and stay cool when priorities shift.
  • Are a confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Bluebeam.
  • Know your way aroundCMiC
  • Familiarity withAutodesk, and Procore(bonus points!).
  • CPR/First Aid certified? Thats a plus.
