The Construction Field Operations Coordinator plays a central role in the success of our field operations. While this is a non-field, office-based position, it requires close collaboration with project managers, field leadership, HR, and recruiting to ensure that all construction job sites are properly staffed, supported, and aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Staffing & Scheduling: Coordinate the daily dispatch and scheduling of field labor to meet project needs across all job sites. Maintain clear communication with field supervisors to adjust staffing as required.

    • Field Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the office and field teams regarding workforce logistics, personnel updates, and scheduling challenges.

    • Contract Staffing Reviews: Support project managers by reviewing contracts and scopes to determine labor needs and assist in developing staffing plans.

    • Change Order Coordination: Track and process manpower-related change orders, ensuring adjustments are properly documented and communicated.

    • Performance Oversight: Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance trends of field employees. Collaborate with field leadership on feedback and redirection when needed.

    • Workforce Pipeline Management: Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to ensure a steady flow of skilled labor is available for current and upcoming projects.

    • Compliance & Safety Support: Help reinforce company policies and project compliance standards by coordinating required documentation and ensuring proper onboarding steps are completed.


What We're Looking For:
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish (required)

  • 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, dispatch, operations, or workforce management

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with scheduling platforms, workforce tracking, or spreadsheets

  • Comfortable working in-office full-time in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

  • Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation is a plus
