Construction Field Support Specialist

Francis Renovations, a high-end residential design-build firm, is seeking a dependable and experienced  Field Support Specialist  to assist with job site operations. This role supports  up to 3 projects , with a focus on  1 primary project at a time , acting as the eyes and ears of the project manager. You’ll manage site protection, cleanliness, logistics, and basic documentation while reinforcing a clean, respectful, and professional environment at all times.
Compensation:
$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain site protection (floor coverings, dust barriers, etc.)
Ensure daily site cleanup and maintain job site organization
Serve as a liaison with clients and trades; communicate respectfully and professionally
Pick up and deliver materials, samples, and tools as needed
Use a construction management app to complete daily logs and upload progress photos
Report issues, updates, or material needs to the project manager
Reinforce job site expectations for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
Support general on-site coordination across active projects
Qualifications:
3–5 years of residential construction or job site experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle provision TBD)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work actively on residential sites
Comfortable using construction management apps (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct)
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
Professional appearance and demeanor in client-facing situations
Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-directed
