Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to workers effectively. Supervise and manage site workers to ensure productivity and discipline. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management. Assist in on-site rectification or troubleshooting works when required. Transport workers to and from the job site as needed. Enforce and implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety regulations. Liaise with stakeholders and follow up on issues raised on-site. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirement : Possess ITE certificate preferably in the electrical / mechanical field or other related engineering field with some hands-on technical experience. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the construction industry with prior experience supervising a team of workers.
