You’ll work alongside a seasoned team on kitchens, bathrooms, and home additions — all while helping a company that’s expanding rapidly and has more work than it can handle! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Foreman position include: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction, with hands-on knowledge of jobsite operations Assist Project Managers with daily oversight, demolition coordination, site meetings, and workforce monitoring Supervise deliveries, manage materials and tools, and ensure on-site readiness Float across project sites handling a wide range of tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule Monitor labor productivity and ensure subcontractors adhere to safety standards and timelines Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and a team-focused mindset Local travel only, Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM, directly on site (no office work) Reliable transportation required; gas card provided Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential. Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a gas card, 2 weeks PTO, and benefits provided after 6 months of employment.
