As a Construction Foreman , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution . You'll oversee everything from materials management to on-site coordination, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Handle basic plumbing and electrical work for sump pump installations. Enhance the customer experience throughout the installation process. Complete service work efficiently to meet customer needs. Manage tools, materials, and crew effectively on every job. Resolve conflicts that may arise during installations due to misunderstandings. Requirements: Basic knowledge of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installations. Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. A valid, clean driver's license is required. Experience driving a Dump Truck and knowledge of DOT regulations. Familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM software is advantageous. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. several times a day.
