Construction Health & Safety Specialist - Kearneysville, WV

Location: Kearneysville, West Virginia (Looking for local candidates only with OSHA 510)
️ Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Compensation: 40-50 USD per hour, 40 hours per week + OT and weekend work as needed

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Supervise operations to ensure strict compliance with safety standards.

✅ Conduct thorough safety inspections and detailed audits throughout the facility.
✅ Coach and guide team members on safety protocols, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
✅ Proactively maintain a safe, hazard-free environment, with a strong focus on fire safety and working at heights.

⚡ What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
✔️ 10+ years of industrial construction experience.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices.
✔️ Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required.
✔️ Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities.
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
