Locations : Manassas, Roanoke, Richmond or Waynesboro What You’ll Need Proven Experience: VDOT inspection experience, including knowledge of roadway, structure, and bridge construction. Certification Savvy: VDOT certifications in soil and aggregate, asphalt, concrete, pavement marking, and more. Strong Work Ethic: A dedication to quality, safety, and timely project completion. Required Certifications: VDOT Soil and Aggregate Field Compaction VDOT Asphalt Field Level I & II VDOT Hydraulic Cement Concrete Field (ACI Concrete Field Tech Grade I) VDOT Pavement Marking VDOT ESCCC or DEQ Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector VDOT Nuclear Gauge Safety Training VDOT Guardrail, Surface Treatment VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Safety Training OSHA 10-Hour Construction

What You’ll Do Oversee Major Projects: Be on the front lines of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Enforce Standards: Maintain rigorous adherence to VDOT standards and federal regulations. Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside experienced engineers, contractors, and agency personnel.
