The Construction Inspector will be responsible for evaluating and testing construction materials and site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. This role involves oversight of K-12 school construction projects.

This is a temp-to-possible-perm position, supporting a long-term, 3-year contract.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
Qualifications:

3+ years of construction inspection experience
Experience with K-12 school construction projects is required
Relevant certifications in construction inspection, quality control, safety (e.g., OSHA, ACI, NICET, etc.) are a plus
Proficient in data entry, documentation, and reporting
Knowledge of construction testing standards and procedures
Able to commute to both the office and various job sites as needed
English fluency required (for communication on site and documentation)
Familiarity with Microsoft Project is preferred; Primavera is a bonus
