Cochran's Lees Summit, Missouri location is looking for a Construction Inspector to join our team.

Who are we looking for? A qualified individual to perform day-to-day construction inspection and reporting of new roadway construction, water distribution, and sewer collection projects.

Qualifications:

10+ years prior experience
ACI Concrete Field Testing-Grad I, preferred
Proficiency reading and interpreting plans
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Familiarity with general construction practices
Experience with concrete/aggregate/soil/asphalt testing
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in any field environment
