Job Title: Inspector
Job Description

The inspector will perform field testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders such as project managers, engineering technicians, client representatives, and contractor representatives regarding construction site, project requirements, and testing, observation, and inspection results. The inspector will transport material samples to the laboratory for further testing and analysis, as well as prepare and submit data and observation reports for daily transmittal. The role includes maintaining and cleaning equipment, vehicles, and work areas, and may involve assisting with scheduling and dispatching technicians to project sites. Adherence to strict safety standards is essential.

Work Environment

The work environment involves fieldwork at construction sites with a focus on maintaining equipment and ensuring safety standards. The role demands adherence to safety protocols, proper use of technology such as laptops and software, and may involve varied shifts and travel to different sites. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
