Required Skills & Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in construction management for Data Centers ..
Experience with Excel, particularly in building progress trackers.
Strong famiiiarity with BlueBeam software.
Degree or certification in Construction Management.
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience in hi-tech construction environments is a significant plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Implement measures to motivate team members and enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect production problems.
Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, resolving personal grievances as necessary.
Set and monitor product standards to ensure high-quality finished products.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive production reports and personnel records.
