Construction Integration Manager

The Construction Integration Manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. This role involves implementing measures to motivate employees, improving production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
  • Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff and resolve personal grievances.
  • Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Our Client suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in telecommunications construction and construction safety.
  • Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Background in telecom installations or data center experience is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in Virginia, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role does not require P6 experience, but candidates should know how to decipher, read, and schedule using Our Client Project scheduling software.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Manassas, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $78.00 - $88.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
