Construction Integration Manager

The Construction Integration Manager plays a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Essential Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and management.
• Experience with Excel, particularly in building progress trackers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
• Understanding of machines and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles for producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Hi-tech construction experience is a significant advantage.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00/hr.
