Job Description

The Construction Integration Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers. This role focuses on implementing measures to motivate employees, improving production methods, and enhancing equipment performance and product quality. Responsibilities

Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production quality control and maintenance to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances. Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. Essential Skills

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Microsoft Project software for scheduling. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Background in telecommunications installations or data center experience. 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction management. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency. Additional Skills & Qualifications

PMP certification preferred. High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite at the IAD20 location. The role follows a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The work environment involves a focus on construction safety and the ability to provide updates and ensure details are managed effectively. This is a Contract position based out of Dulles, Virginia. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $78.00 - $88.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
