Required Qualifications:

In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.



  • 10+ years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong Communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage interactions between multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding engineering principles, construction methodologies and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing interface challenges and ensuring smooth project execution





Responsibilities:



  • As a member of our program management team, you will manage the pre-construction and construction phases of our construction projects working with our team of project and construction managers.
  • In the role of Construction Interface Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating various aspects of a construction project to ensure smooth interactions between teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for managing project interfaces, defining dependencies, and
  • ensuring effective communication between different groups.
  • Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to understand their concerns, mitigate risks associated with project coordination, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • This role involves organizing interface meetings, maintaining documentation and reports, and contributing to contract development to enhance efficiency and resolve conflicting requirements.
  • By facilitating collaboration and proactively addressing challenges, this role helps drive projects toward successful completion while minimizing delays and cost overruns.
  • Manage interfaces and oversee interactions between project teams, contractors, and third parties to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and manage boundaries between different teams, contractors, and systems.
  • Develop and maintain interface registers tracking all interfaces and resolutions across sectors and projects.
  • Create and manage interface resolution templates for consistency across different projects.
  • Hold, chair, and facilitate interface review meetings to ensure alignment and address issues proactively.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project interfaces to prevent delays and conflicts.
  • Ensure dependencies between project elements are well-managed and aligned.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across teams to maintain efficiency.
  • Define and document critical interfaces between contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Address disputes and misalignments to prevent delays and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure system, design, and engineering component alignment throughout project phases.
  • Manage interactions with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to safety and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate discussions among project owners, contractors, and external parties for transparency and collaboration.
  • Track modifications and ensure teams affected remain informed and aligned.
  • Evaluate interface effectiveness and implement adjustments to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop an interface schedule using Primavera P6 Oracle v25.0.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting to track issue resolutions and project progress





Salary:



  • $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 annually





Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at managements discretion.
