We are offering a unique, hands-on internship experience for high school students interested in construction, project management, and real estate development.
Internship Overview
This two-week, paid internship provides an introduction to the construction industry. Interns will work directly at a construction project site, gaining hands-on experience in the field while learning about the various stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Interns will assist and shadow construction professionals in tasks such as:
Observing daily site operations and understanding project phases.
Assisting with site documentation using an iPad.
Supporting quality control checks alongside the project team.
Learning about safety protocols and assisting with compliance tasks.
Participating in material tracking and inventory checks.
Gaining exposure to construction management software and reporting tools.
Engaging in meetings with project managers and subcontractors.
Requirements & Eligibility:
Age Requirement: Must be 18+ years old
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
Background Check and Drug Screen required
Interest in Construction: No prior experience needed, but a willingness to learn and work on-site is essential.
What Interns Will Receive:
Hands-on experience at an active construction site.
Training on safety, project management, and industry tools.
Essential construction gear (Hard Hat, Vest, and iPad).
