Construction Laborer Job Duties:

As a Construction Laborer, youll gain valuable experience across multiple trades while making a real difference for customers recovering from property damage. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hands-on construction tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and demolition
• Responding to emergency calls (board-ups, roof tarps, securing structures)
• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Loading/unloading materials and job site equipment
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Documenting job progress with photos
• Following direction from skilled crew leads and project managers
• Wearing PPE and complying with all safety protocols
• Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or restoration
  
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screens
• Must reside within 30 miles of Lima, OH
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physically active role
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow
