Key Responsibilities- Perform physical labor on residential construction job sites- Safely operate a variety of construction equipment and tools- Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools- Support crews with site preparation and clean-up- Operate machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment- Pull trailers with tools or machinery as needed- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site- Other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications- At least 1 year of experience in construction or related labor work preferred- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments- Experience operating construction machinery required- Ability to pull trailers (non-CDL acceptable; CDL preferred)- Valid driver's license required- High school diploma or GED preferred- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety- Must be able to pass basic drug screening- Must submit to a background check
