Carpenter Foreman

This position involves hands-on work and leading a team. You will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are built to specifications. You will also monitor and assist during the pouring of panels to ensure all tasks are completed according to the plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of laborers and carpenters.
  • Ensure forms are constructed to exact specifications.
  • Monitor and assist with panel pouring to ensure compliance with blueprints.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the team to meet project timelines.

Essential Skills

  • 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Proficient understanding of blueprints.
  • Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with concrete, tilt-ups, and cast-in-place construction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
