Based in North Royalton, OH, you'll assist on high-end home additions and renovation projects throughout Cleveland's westside suburbs. We welcome candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow within the trades. Key Responsibilities:- Support skilled carpenters with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material organization- Load/unload tools, equipment, and construction materials- Perform basic demolition and debris removal- Operate hand tools and assist with framing, drywall, insulation, and more under supervision- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site- Show up daily, work hard, and demonstrate a willingness to learn

Qualifications:- Construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-player attitude- Willingness to be trained and take direction- Familiarity with hand and power tools a plus- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Must be authorized to work in the
