Concrete Laborer Opportunities

Growing St. Cloud area concrete construction company seeking to add concrete laborers to their team! Positions are all full-time, long-term positions! Candidates usually have full-time work throughout the winter, and very rarely are these seasonal positions. Full benefits are available after probation period. Some of the work is local where you are hoe each night, and some weeks are traveling here people meet at the shop in St. Cloud on Monday morning, and come back to the shop Friday afternoon - will be traveling to different job sites staying in hotels M-F. (expect to travel roughly 50% of the time). Hotel is paid for by the company and candidates will also receive a daily per diem when traveling, and those rates are based on how far away the job site is.

Candidates will start out as a laborer doing "grunt labor" work and helping out on the job site wherever needed.

Candidates must be able to work outside, in the elements, be comfortable with physically intense labor duties, and have a "can do attitude" to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

We prefer to have candidates that have some sort of outside working experience (construction, landscaping, etc.), but previous experience is not required, we will train candidates who are interested in a career in construction!

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in St. Cloud, MN.
