Key Responsibilities:- Construction Support: Assist in building inground pools under Crew Lead guidance; help plumb pools, build formwork, and install equipment pads.- Site Awareness: Know where tools, safety gear, and materials are stored; maintain cleanliness and follow yard/construction site protocols.- Tool & Equipment Use: Keep tools organized and clean; operate equipment like Skid Steers and Mixing Buckets if certified.- Concrete & Liner Work: Form and pour concrete features (, steps, benches); assist with liner installation and troweling pool bottoms (bonus eligible).- Problem Solving: Learn to troubleshoot issues with liners, plumbing, and pool automation systems.- Safety & Reporting: Use proper safety gear; report any site issues to supervisors and complete tasks safely and efficiently.- Policy Adherence: Follow all company protocols including Paycor, Fleetio, and Divvy systems for timekeeping and vehicle use.

Qualifications:- Experience in construction, landscaping, or related field preferred- Ability to lift 70+ lbs, work outdoors, and stand for extended periods- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and eagerness to learn- Must be dependable and demonstrate initiative on job sites- Driver's license not required for this role but needed for advancement- Career Progression & Bonus Potential:- Eligibility for bonuses (, $150 per bottom trowel task)- Skill-based progression levels (1-5) with performance-based raises- Must score ≥75% on evaluations to qualify for pay increases- Clear path toward Crew Lead and equipment certifications
