Your Job Summary

As a Construction Laborer at RAWSO, you will work with either a grading crew or underground utility crew in a safe and effective manner to ensure timely completion of our mass excavation, utility, paving, and concrete projects. We are looking for long-term candidates who value the opportunity for future advancement that our company offers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ground work (discussed during interview)
• Follow appropriate safety regulations
• Communicate with the team on the jobsite to keep them safe and complete work correctly
• Team collaboration
• Other duties as assigned
• Work in inclement weather
• Be able to lift, push, pull in excess of 50 lbs
• Working conditions: exposure to loud noise, dust and toxic materials, work in confined spaces
