CMT Technician / Inspector

We are seeking a Junior Level Technician. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the construction materials testing industry, focusing on monitoring piles, logging piles, monitoring vibrations, classifying soils, and collecting materials for testing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and log piles accurately.
• Monitor vibrations and classify soils efficiently.
• Collect materials for testing and ensure proper documentation processes.
• Follow technicians and engineers to gain a better understanding of the company and the construction materials testing industry.

Essential Skills

• Concrete monitoring and inspection skills.
• Ability to follow documentation processes.
• Construction knowledge with 6+ months of experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Dependability and a positive attitude are essential.
• Possession of a truck is a plus.
• Clean DMV record is required.

Work Environment

Work in a smaller office with less than 20 people, fostering close-knit relationships. The position involves a combination of field studies and office engineering work. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
