Now Hiring: Construction Laborers in the Kalamazoo and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in site prep and demolition
  • Load, move, and organize construction materials
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Support various trades (roofing, concrete, carpentry, landscaping, excavation, restoration, and more)
  • Complete tasks as directed by the site foreman
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of construction experience
  • Basic hand tools required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
  • Solid understanding of job site safety
