We are a well-established glass and glazing company seeking a reliable and motivated Helper to join our team. If you're looking to build a career in the glass and glazing industry, this is a great opportunity to learn the trade from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

•Assist tradespeople and heavy equipment workers with installing glass
•Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials on site that will be used to complete the build, so the crew can operate efficiently
•Take away any remaining tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean work site
•Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently

Qualifications

•Prior experience in construction is required
•Must be dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
•No tools required to start, but must be willing to purchase your own over time
•Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
•Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
