As an Installer you will be responsible for the precise installation and/or repair of Signage, Canopy Fascia installation, Vinyl fascia, Decals, Painting and have the ability to understand and follow site plans and renderings. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and client satisfaction. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

· Operate boom and scissor lifts

· Drive long distances

*· Overnight traveling is an essential part of this position.*

· Install various types of signage including, exterior wall mounted, exterior post mounted, vinyl application, etc.

· Determine placement on site and install per instructions

· Ability to Measure and level during installation

· Use of hand tools

· Capable of reading site plans and material renderings

· Lift heavy objects of 50lbs or more

· Climb ladders

· Engage with project manager to ensure high quality client experience

· Capable of managing many tasks in a single project and many projects on a single trip

· Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise.

· Thrives in fast-paced environment with great attention to detail

· Technical, analytical focus

· Expert-based problem solving / critical thinking

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to drive larger vehicles often towing trailers

· Clean driving record

· Pass a background check

· Proficient use of power tools and tape measure

· Comfortable with heights (ladders, boom lift, etc.)

· Physically capable of carrying 50+ lbs and climbing stairs

· Comfortable driving long distances (as well as in city environments)

· Reliability: outstanding attendance and punctuality is a must.

· "Time Management Skills" to adhere to project start and completion deadlines

· Accurately report project information at time of completion

· 2+ years construction or carpentry related experience is helpful.

· Low voltage electrical experience a plus

Roofing/ Siding experience a plus.

Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
