*Your Role:*

*Build from the Ground Up:* Help with digging and installing footings that support our projects. *Frame the Future:* Work on framing walls, roof structures, and trusses. *Add the Details:* Install windows, doors, and other key elements that make our buildings stand out. *Make it Happen:* Follow construction plans to turn designs into reality. *Finish Strong:* Apply siding and roofing materials to complete our high-quality builds.

*What We’re Looking For:*

*Hands-On Experience:* If you've worked in post-frame construction before, that's a big plus. *Outdoor Enthusiast:* Love working outside? Perfect! You'll be in various weather conditions. *Ready to Learn:* We're all about growth—come ready to learn new skills and be part of a team that supports each other. *Positive Vibes:* We’re looking for someone who takes direction well and maintains a can-do attitude. *Adventure Awaits:* Be ready to travel with us—sometimes for extended overnight stays. *Driver's License Required:* A CDL is a big bonus!

Pay: $17.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
