Field Technician

We are seeking dedicated installers for our field division, specializing in precast concrete walls for new building construction. You will start your day at the shop at 5:30 AM, preparing with the crew and loading materials before heading to the job site, with travel time compensated.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the shop every morning at 5:30 AM to prep with the crew.
• Load and ready all materials for the day's work.
• Assist the foreman in driving to the job site daily.
• Help prepare the installation area, moving and shoveling materials as needed.
• Set walls by placing them, utilizing a caulk gun to seal joints and corners.
• Tighten bolts with wrenches and ensure walls are level and plumb.
• Assist in cleaning up the site by removing trash.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, construction, landscape, and concrete work.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Proficiency in standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and twisting constantly.
• Skillful use of hand tools and accurate measurement with a tape measure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
